AyuQora, operated by RIYOGYA, provides technology for hospital OPD appointment and token coordination. RIYOGYA does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical care.

Accounts and appointment requests

Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials private. Submit requests only for yourself or someone you are authorised to assist. Hospital availability, confirmation, tokens and consultation arrangements are controlled by the participating hospital. A submitted request is not a guarantee of confirmation or a particular waiting time.

Fees, payments and refunds

Review the consultation fee and any separately disclosed charges before proceeding. A payment screen or an unverified client result is not proof of a successful payment. Payment and refund status depend on backend verification and the payment provider. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the booking’s state and applicable service rules; contact support about a disputed charge. Test or sandbox checkout is for testing and does not represent a real payment.

Responsible use

Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the system, or attempt to access records without authorisation. Access may be restricted where needed to protect users, hospitals and the service.
