AyuQora is operated by RIYOGYA. This page describes the product’s current handling of account and appointment information.

Information used to provide the service

Depending on the features you use, we process account identity, contact details, patient and family profiles, hospital and doctor selections, appointment requests, token updates, payment references and support messages. Location is used with permission to help find nearby hospitals; manual selection is also available.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, coordinate appointments with the selected hospital, deliver notifications, handle payment status and support requests, and protect the service against abuse. Hospitals receive the booking information needed to manage the visit.

Service providers

The product uses hosting and database infrastructure, Google Firebase for supported sign-in and notifications, Meta WhatsApp for messaging, Cashfree for supported payment checkout, and monitoring services including Sentry. These providers process information needed for their features. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or payment PINs in support messages.

Sessions and security

Authenticated web sessions use cookies. Operational logs help diagnose failures and abuse. We restrict access and maintain backups; no online service can guarantee that every security risk is eliminated.

For access, correction, account deletion or another privacy question, contact [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, security or applicable legal requirements. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.
